About the service
As a developer at Tikab, you will be involved in developing software that is today at the forefront of making information available in a visual and playful way. Through this, we help companies in everyday life to work sustainably and resource-efficiently.
With the knowledge that the business area possesses, we have the opportunity to take on assignments in most industries, although the overall industry focus is on construction, industry and infrastructure. The existing team has a wide range of knowledge with a lot of experience from game development. This experience affects our solutions and contributes to playfulness in the user's everyday life.
Profile
We are looking for people who have a creative and playful mindset where the new becomes easy even if the issue is complex. As a person, you should be curious, innovative and not afraid of challenges and solutions that break the norm. You should enjoy a modern way of working where you work with each other in teams and be able to handle a variety of tasks.
You must have solid experience in development, either through advanced training or documented results. Desired is a couple of years of professional experience of "visually oriented" development with emphasis on graphics and mastery of C#, C++ and/or javascript. Bonus is experience in frontend for Web with modern frameworks such as React. Experience with any kind of game engine (Unity/Unreal etc.) is also a big plus.
We are looking for both junior and senior talent, where a senior employee can be given project and team responsibility. The role of senior project and team leader requires documented experience of customer contact and team responsibility, as well as good leadership skills.
Experience in back-end related development and experience with Python is an advantage but not a requirement. Experience with AI-driven functionality, creation of ML models or learning methodology is also considered a merit for the position.
