Flatbox is a flexible solution for reviewing documents and drawings.

We have created this solution based on project needs and from scratch to support the Swedish standard "BEAst Effektivare Granskning" to 110% (*).

Flatbox is the only solution with this focus.

Flatbox is run by users as a web application in any browser, but we can offer the solution in different environments:

  • Cloud-based solution on a Swedish server
  • On-premises for classified projects
  • Enterprise for major players
  • Integrated with other platforms (e.g. project portals)

(*) The ability of Flatbox to version manage documents allows the BEAst process to be complemented by a process step for the verification of incorporated views.

FLATBOX OnPrem P
FLATBOX is primarily developed for use in security classified projects OnPrem. P stands for Project, so the offer is per project with an unlimited number of users and data.

The cost of FLATBOX OnPrem P is divided into two parts:

  • Cost of basic license and adaptation for the above needs and operation in a classified IT environment.
  • A current cost of use.

FLATBOX OnPrem E
FLATBOX is also offered as an enterprise OnPrem solution for companies that want to work in the same way in all their projects but host them themselves. In this way, all review sessions for all projects are gathered in the same solution in a controlled environment. E stands for Enterprise.

The offer is thus OnPrem for a company/organization with an unlimited number of projects and an unlimited number of users and data.

The cost of FLATBOX OnPrem E is divided into two parts:

  • Cost of basic license and adaptation for the above needs and operation in a classified IT environment.
  • An ongoing cost of utilization. Tier by price step based on the size of the project portfolio.

    FLATBOX Cloud P
    Our standard solution is operated on servers in a Swedish data center owned by a Swedish company. All so that our customers can comply with GDPR and not have to worry about CLOUD ACT. The solution is offered per project with an unlimited number of users but a price scale depending on the size of the project.

    FLATBOX Cloud E
    With the additional flexibility of being able to create an unlimited number of projects, contracts can be signed for our standard enterprise-level solution. This is offered with unlimited number of projects and unlimited number of users but with a price step depending on the size of the project portfolio.
