Façade cladding Mall of Scandinavia

During the autumn and winter, Tikab has been commissioned by LW Sweden to design, dimension and hand-build the cladding around the Mall of Scandinavia, the new shopping centre in Solna. It is an eye-catching façade that will largely give the impression of being drifting. The challenge has been to use the complex geometry to construct a slender, large-volume structure that can withstand both snow and wind loads.
