Slussen

We have been involved in this major project since the pre-project stage. During the course of the project we have developed the concept for the lock and discharge function, determined the hatch types and carried out discharge calculations to determine the channel widths. Subsequently, we have been commissioned to design the sluice gates with drive and to prepare documents for manufacture and installation.

In parallel, Tikab has had VDC responsibility for the entire Slussen project, which has primarily meant defining how the construction documents should be designed based on models instead of traditional drawings. This is to minimise administration and to be able to design/produce the facility as efficiently as possible.
